为实现军事大国目标,日本积极发展侦察卫星,提高卫星侦察能力,扩大情报搜集手段。日本的这套卫星侦察系统虽然还有许多不完善的地方,但它的成功运行已极大提高了日本的情报搜集能力。利用先进卫星,日本不仅能够提升在宇宙空间的竞争力,还能占领太空军事制高点,东北亚乃至整个亚太地区的军事实力对比也将产生微妙的变化。

Japan has been actively developing its reconnaissance satellite system, enhancing the satellite reconnaissance capability and expanding means of intelligence collection in order to achieve the goal of becoming a major military power.Although Japan＇s satellite reconnaissance system is far from perfection,its successful operation has greatly promoted the country＇s ability to collect intelligence. With the help of advaneed satellites, Japan will not only promote its competitive power, but also occupy a vantage point in space, causing a delicate change in the correlation of military power in Northeast Asia, even the whole Asian-Pacific region.
