高校学生管理是我国高等教育体系的有机组成部分,在培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质人才的过程中发挥着重要作用。但在新的形势和条件下,高校学生管理工作也面临着机制、思路、方法等多方面创新的任务。从专业社会工作的视角出发,立足于学校社会工作与高校学生管理的内在关联性,分析学校社会工作介入高校学生管理的必要性和可行性,并进而论述学校社会工作介入高校学生管理的路径,以期能对创新高校学生管理工作提供参考。

The student administration of colleges and universities is the organic part of our higher education system.It is playing the influential role in the process of raising the high quality of talented persons thal fit in with needs of socialist modernization.But under the new situation and condition,the student administration of colleges and universities is also facing various innovation tasks in the mechanism, the mentality and the method.This article, from the perspective of specialized social work,based on the intrinsic relativity between the school social work and the student administration of colleges and universities,analyzes the feasibility of involvement of the school social work in the in the student administration of colleges and universities,and then elaborates the way by which the school social work get involved in it, for the sake of providing the reference for the innovation of student administration of colleges and university.
