摘要
目的探讨CD105在结直肠腺癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组织化学WM-EliVisionTM法,检测60例结直肠腺癌标本中CD105表达的微血管密度(MVD)及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 CD105在结直肠腺癌中表达多为新生薄壁、管径小的血管,而在正常组织的血管无表达。CD105检测的平均微血管计数为(34±7)条,MVD值与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD105表达的MVD值可以被认为是与肿瘤浸润、转移有关的一项重要指征,且可以指导临床治疗。
Objective To explore the expression of CD105 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry WM-EliVisionTM was carried out to detect the MVD labeled by CD105 in 60 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma,and its relation to clinicopathologic factors was analyzed.Results The expression of CD105 was in neonatal,thin-wall and small caliber vessels,and not in normal vessels.The average MVD labeled by CD105 was 34±7.The MVD value was related to tumors invasive degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（P0.05）.Conclusion The MVD labeled by CD105 might be an indictor related to tumors invasion and metastasis,and could guide clinic treatment.
