摘要
气刨炭棒表面镀有导电金属层,该镀层有两种机能,一是作为使强电流能流过这种炭棒的电流回路;二是防止使用时由电弧热引起的炭棒氧化,此金属镀层历来是有电解镀Cu 形成。现在采用价格低廉、经济而实用的镀Fe 工艺,在炭棒表面首先电解镀Fe 、而后在镀Fe 层上再镀上一层簿Cu ,这种复镀工艺可使炭棒获得一定的经济效益和社会效益。
First, by the low prices、 economical and practical plating iron technology, Fe was plated on the carbon surface, then Cu was thinly plated on the iron coating, this kind of composite deposite techonlogy will certainly acquire the economical and social benefit.
