摘要
介绍了超滤器在阴极电泳涂装中的作用、阴极电泳用超滤器的类型、荷电膜超滤器在阴极电泳涂装线中的应用。考察了膜性能的几个因素,外界条件对超滤器透水速度的影响。阐述了超滤膜面积的计算及实际应用问题。
The types and functions of ultrafilter for cathodic electrodeposition(CED) painting and the functions of charged membrane ultrafilter for CED have been described. The factors affecting the performance of membrane and permeation rate of ultrafilters were studied. The calculation for the membrane area of ultrafilter, some problems that should be considered in application and domestic development trend were given.
