通过时陕西高职院校精品课程应用情况及建设有效性调研，了解陕西高职精品课程现状和存在的问题，为高职院校精品课程建设提供建议。
Some suggestions on the construction of the elite courses in high vocational colleges are put forward by the effective Survey of the application and construction of elite courses in high vocational colleges in Shaanxi, knowing the situation and existing problems.
