高职院校的创新教育浅议

The Innovational Education in High Vocational Colleges

随着我国现代化建设进程的不断深入，企事业单位对具有创新精神，有能力开展创造性的工作的高技能建设人才的需求加大。国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要中特别提出：“职业教育要面向人人、面向社会，着力培养学生的职业道德、职业技能和就业创业能力。”“着力提高学生的学习能力、实践能力、创新能力。”为落实国家十二五规划任务，适应社会对高素质人才的需求，加强对高职院校学生的创新教育，就成为教学内容中不可或缺的重要环节。

With the deepening of the modernization in our country, enterprises have enlarged the requirement to the talents with higher skills who have innovational sense, and can work creatively. It has been pointed out in the National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs that ＂Vocational education should face to the individuals, society, and does it best to cultivate the students~ professional morality, professional ability and creativity. ＂ ＂The emphasis is to improve the students＇ ability in learning, practice and innovation. ＂ In order to carry out the task arranged in the Twelfth-plan, being adapt to the demand for the high-skilled talents, strengthening the innovation education in high vocational colleges has become an inevitable part in the teaching.
