地方电大多媒体教室资源有限，但使用频率高，利用现代化信息技术解决教室借用过程中出现的问题，改善多媒体教室借用长期处于手工状态的落后局面，提高管理水平和效率，实现借用过程的信息化和智能化。

The resource of multiple--media classrooms in local TV universities is not enough, but they are used at a high frequency so as to solve the problems appearing in the borrowing and learning of the multiple --media classrooms by modern information technology, improve the state of exchanging the media--class- rooms by hand, the management and efficiency, and realize the intelligentization in the course of exchange.
