This paper narrates the forming principle,properties and characteristics of elastic coatings of silicone-acrylate emulsion,and details the use in insulation wall.Experiments and practical use have proved that silicone-acrylate emulsion possesses not only the flexibility and high elasticity of organic materials,but also the rigidity and durability of inorganic materials.It is the ideal material for exterior wall insulation.
