摘要
采用乙萘酚、松香、甲醛、甘油反应 ,合成一种新的松香乙萘酚醛树脂。该树脂色泽浅 ,软化点高 ,油溶性好 ,光泽度高。讨论了原料比、催化剂、温度、时间等反应条件。
A new rosin ethylnaphthol formaldehyde resin with light color,high softening point,good oil solubility and high glossiness was synthesized by the reaction between β ethylnaphthol,rosin,formaldehyde and propanetriol.Reaction conditions such as raw materials ratio,catalyst,temperature and reaction time were discussed.The structure of the product was characterized by IR spectra and thermal gravimetric measurement.
