摘要
首次报道了缬草花经萃取—水蒸气蒸馏—萃取的提取缬草花芳香油的方法及芳香油的化学成分的GC/MS/DS分析测试。共分离出化合物 42个 ,并鉴定出其中 40个成分。主香成分为乙酸龙脑酯、水杨醛、丙二酸二乙酯、亚麻酸乙酯等 30个化合物 ,占芳香油总量的 76 95 %。
This article reports the abstraction of Valeriana pseudofficinalis flower essential oil and analysis of its chemical constituents.Forty two compounds were isolated and 40 compounds were identified.The 30 main compounds are bornyl acetate ,salicylic aldehyde,diethyl malonate,ethyl linolenate,etc,which amount to 76.95 % content of the oil.
