摘要
研究了 4,4′二氨基联苯3,3′二羧酸和二异氰酸酯的均相非均相溶液聚合,建立了新的均相非均相溶液聚合体系。解决了用一般溶液聚合法难于制取高分子量聚脲酸的困难。采用新的均相非均相溶液聚合体系,制得了高分子量聚脲酸,并经环化和重排,制得性能优良的高分子量聚喹唑啉二酮。
This paper study on the homogeneous non homogeneous solution polymerization of 4,4′ diamino biphenyl 3,3′ dicarboxylic acid with aromatic diisocyanates, a new homogeneous non homogeneous polymerization system was presented. A method to obtain the fully aromatic polyureido acids with high molecular weight was found. The inherent viscosities of BDC/MDI poly(ureido acid) and BDC/EDI poly(ureido acid) obtained by the homogeneous non homogeneous solution polymerization are 0.48 and 0.84 respectively, but that of BDC/MDI poly(ureido acid) and BDC/EDI poly(ureido acid) obtained by homogeneous solution polymerization are 0.31 and 0.50 respectively. The poly(ureido acid) with high molecular weigth produced by the new homogeneous non homogeneous solution polymerization techniques was converted to polyquinazolinediones with excellent complex properties.
