摘要
研究了不同组成的 H D P E/ M P E/ P A1010 共混体系熔体的流动曲线,表观粘度与温度、组成的关系,流动指数与剪切应力的关系等流变特性。结果表明,在所研究的剪切应力、剪切速率、温度及组成范围内,该共混体系熔体的lgτ~lgγ P 关系曲线都不同程度地偏离牛顿流体曲线,为非牛顿流体;由lgηa ~lgγ P 和lgηa ~lgτ的曲线可知,该共混物熔体属于假塑性流体。表观熔体粘度与温度的关系符合阿累尼乌斯方程,与组成的关系偏离对数加和规律,但偏离程度较小。随着剪切应力的提高,流动指数减小。该共混物的表观熔体粘度对温度变化的敏感性比 H D P E突出。
The rheological behaviors, such as the flow curve, the relationship of η a~ T , composition and the relationship of n ~ τ etc. have been studied on the HDPE/MPE/PA1010 blends melt. It is found that the flow curves of HDPE/MPE/PA1010 blends all deflect straight line of newton fluid at same temperature, so it is non newton fluid. Within the range of τ , , T and composition, the blends belong to pseudoplastic fluid. The relationship of η a~ T fits Arrhenious Equation. The relationship of η a^composition deflects the logarithmic sum rule but small, this shows that compatibility of blends is good. A similar rule has been observed for the relationship of η a^composition with different T and τ . The flow index decreases with increasing τ . The η a of HDPE/MPE/PA1010 blends is more sensitive to the temperature than that of HDPE.
