摘要
用分子自组装技术和 F T I R A T R 光谱方法研究非熔融聚丙烯复合的界面层分子相互作用,结果表明,随着自组装温度的升高, P P非晶态的972 吸收峰出现了峰加宽并移向低波数的现象,说明在界面层与 E V A 的乙烯链段具有相互作用,而 P P结晶态的 997 吸收峰变化不大。
The aim of this study was to introduce a new method for determining the interfacial interaction at polypropylene(PP) film and random poly(ethylene co vinyl acetate)(EVA) interfaces. A thin EVA film was spin cast directly on PP film from a xylene solution to ensure good molecular contact at PP/EVA interface at 20 ,40 and 60 ℃ respectively. The two polymers films was dried in a controlled atmosphere and temperature to remove any residual solvent. Attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy(ATR FT IR) was used to measure the PP/EVA two polymers films in room temperature, and the results show that the PP amorphous phase band at 972 cm -1 at the PP/EVA interface by self assembled are prominetly changed with the temperature, but the PP crystal phase band at 997 are little changed. That is to say, the PP/EVA interfacial interaction is most in PP amorphous phase.
