STUDY ON MECHANISM OF SILICA AGROGEL ENHANCING FLUOROSILICONE RUBBER BY INVERSE GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 采用 I G C法,选择8 种已知酸碱性的探针分子 ,表征羟基氟硅油的酸碱性质。经净保留时间t N 以及表面自由能作用参数(γ+i 、γ-i )定性、定量表征羟基氟硅油是一种两性偏酸的物质,可以被选为白炭黑/氟硅橡胶体系的“结构化”处理剂。经疏水化处理白炭黑补强的氟硅橡胶力学性能及加工工艺性能显著提高。并通过 I R 光谱分析羟基氟硅油在白炭黑表面的钝化作用探讨氟硅橡胶增强机理。 Eight kinds of probe molecules have been selected to indicate acid base property of hydroxy terminated fluorosilicone oil by inverse gas chromatography(IGC). Based on the principle that hydroxy terminated fluorosilicone oil inactivates the surface of silica agrogel, the enhancing mechanism of flurosilicone rubber has been studied. Hydroxy terminated fluorosilicone oil amphoteric and more acidic silicone. Some active hydroxyl groups of silica agrogel treated with hydroxy terminated fluorosilicone oil are reacted with Si-O chain through acid base action proved by Infrared spectrum; deactivating silica agrogel surface partly eliminating structurization effect'. Therefore improving the quality of rubber the rest active hydroxyl groups still have somewhat structurization effect' through retaining acid base absorption resulting in enhancing the mechanical properties of fluorosilicone rubber.
