摘要
本文采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)及付立叶红外光谱法(FTIR)等手段研究了环氧树脂与异氰酸酯共固化反应。研究发现催化剂 2,4-EMI对异氰酸酯的三聚反应和噁唑烷酮的生成反应均有催化作用,对噁唑烷酮的生成反应的催化尤为明显;在反应过程中,率先生成的PIS开环与环氧基因反应生成POX;树脂中的I/E值在1.2~2之间才能使树脂中的官能团反应较为完善,从而有利于其各项性能的提高。
The copolymerization of Epoxy/Isocyanate Resin was investigated by DSC and FTIR and the results showed that 2-ethy1-4-methyl-Imidazole (2, 4-EMI) was a good catalyst for the tripolymerzation of Isocyanate and formation reaction of oxazolidone, especially for later, PIS which formed first in the reaction reacted with epoxy groups to form POX, the value of I/E in the resin was between 1. 2-2.'0, the properties of cured compound were very good.
