紫外光固化有机硅改性活性稀释剂的制备与性能研究

THE STUDY OF THE PREPARATION AND PERFORMANCE OF MELIORATION DILUENTS WITH ORGANOSILICONE

有机硅以Ｓｉ－Ｃ型连接方式改性活性稀释剂，将有机硅引入ＵＶ涂料体系。对合成条件及性能进行了研究，结果显示，有机硅改性活性稀释剂可以提高有机硅与ＵＶ涂料体系的相溶性，促进光固化过程的进行；改善了ＵＶ涂料的流平、消泡等性能；提高了涂层的耐候性和化学稳定性。

The organosilicone were combined with active diluents by way of Si-C to meliorate active diluents and were introduced in UV coat. The preparation and performance were studied in this paper and the results showed that it enhanced the dissolubility of organosilicone in UV coat, chemical stability and light fastness, optimize. disfoaming smoothing and so on.
