摘要
以自制的特殊聚酯二醇、4，4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯及扩链剂1，4-丁二醇为主要原料，合成了一种用于聚氨酯-聚氯乙烯复合革生产的单组分胶粘剂。与常用的复合革用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂相比，该胶粘剂具有较高的粘接强度。
A one-component adhesive for production of polyurethane-polyvinyl chloride laminating leather was prepared from a special polyester diol, 4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and chain-extender 1, 4-butanediol, etc. The adhesive has higher adhesion strength than the conventional two-component PU adhesive used for laminating leather.
