摘要
目的研究我国避孕套市场质量及监管现状,为保障避孕套安全有效建言献策。方法分析我国避孕套生产、经营的质量状况及监管存在的主要问题,研究不合格避孕套的原因及导致的后果。结果与结论应该采取加强对避孕套产品的注册管理、加强对裸套生产企业的监管、加大监督检验和检查力度、加强检验检测机构的准入管理等一系列措施,才能切实保证避孕套的质量与安全。
Objective To study the actuality of quality and market supervision of condom in China,and make suggestions for ensuring the safe and availability of condom.Methods Analyze the quality actuality of production and management of condom in China and the main questions in supervision,and research the reason and aftereffect of unqualified condom.Results and Conclusion Make suggestions for improving the quality of condom and strengthen market supervision.
