目的探讨快筛技术在基层运用中的利弊得失。方法分析基层一线监督执法获得的大量数据。结果与结论快筛技术具有大幅提高靶向性、为快速控制问题产品和制定打假重点提供科学依据、节省行政成本、优化行政资源等技术支撑作用,但也存在一些缺陷,应予以改进。

Objective This paper focus on discussion about the advantages and disadvantages of the application of Quick-screening Technology in primary supervision and administration.Methods Basing on analysis of large amounts of data from the Primary Supervision and Administration.Results and Conclusion Quick-screening Technology can improve the targeting to great degree,scientifically provide the data for controlling problems and draw up proposals of anti-fakes,save administrative cost and optimize administrative resources.Meanwhile,there exsits some disadvantageous points for further improvement.
