HPLC法测定降脂灵胶囊中紫丁香苷及葛根素的含量

Determination of Syringin and Puerarin in Jiangzhiling Capsules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定降脂灵胶囊中紫丁香苷及葛根素的含量。方法采用Phenomenex luna-C18色谱柱;流动相：乙腈-水（1∶10）为流动相,检测波长：264nm;流速：1.0mL.min-1;柱温30℃。结果紫丁香苷和葛根素分别在0.067~1.686μg、0.020~0.508μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r分别为0.9999、1,其平均回收率分别为96.4%、98.0%,RSD分别为1.0%、0.5%。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确,专属性强。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of syringin and puerarin in Jiangzhiling Capsules.Methods Phenomenex Luna C18 column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water（1∶10）,and the detection wavelength was 264nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL ·min-1 and the temperature of column was 30℃.Results The standard curves of syringin and puerarin were linear in the range of 0.067～1.686μg（r=0.9999）,0.020～0.508μg（r=1）,respectively.The average recoveries were 96.4% and 98.0%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and specific.
