摘要
通过分析现行常用的套用定额编制工程量清单综合单价存在的问题,提出在房地产开发企业中用市场组价的方式进行综合单价的编制,并以此方式编制的标底分析各投标单位综合费率,以求用较合理的、正常的市场价格确定工程中标价格,有效控制工程成本。
Through analyzing the problems in BOQ comprehensive unit price making by using quota indiscriminately, proposes to make the comprehensive unit price by integrated price of market in real estate development enterprises, and analyses each comprehensive rates by means of baseprice making by this way, in order to determine the tender price based on more reasonable and normal market prices, and control engineering cost effectually.
