摘要
本文通过对深圳市办公建筑实际的人均建筑面积进行分析,得出了办公建筑单位面积能耗指标与人均能耗指标随人均建筑面积增加的变化趋势。根据对深圳市两栋实际办公建筑能耗进行分析,得出了采用单一指标无法客观反映建筑能耗水平的结论。利用DeST-c建筑能耗模拟软件,对深圳市某典型办公建筑主要分项用能系统能耗进行计算,分析了在不同人员密度下,建筑各分项能耗的单位面积能耗指标与人均能耗指标的变化趋势。
In basis of the real per capita areas of office building in Shenzhen, this paper finds out the variation trend of the unit area energy consumption index and per capita energy consumption index. Through analyzing two real office buildings energy consumption, drawing the conclusion that the only index can't evaluate objectively the ups and downs of building energy consumption level. By building dynamic calculation with DeST-c energy consumption software, the variation trends of the unit area energy consumption index and per capita energy consumption index for the building leading metering energy consumption are analyzed with the various building human density for the typical office building in Shenzben.
