南京某大型公共建筑分项电耗实时监测系统的应用

摘要 本文以南京某大学逸夫建筑馆为例介绍了大型公共建筑电能分项监测系统结构原理及实现方法,重点论述了能耗模型的建立、能耗数据的采集方式、能耗模块的连接方式等内容。该系统以RS485总线的形式实现数据传输,并通过智能网关完成数据到Internet网络的通讯转换,实现串口设备的网络化,从而实现远程监控的目的,为大型公共建筑集中远程能耗监控提供示范平台。建筑分项能耗监测与管理系统可以为政府决策提供基础数据支,所以对于更加有效地实施建筑能耗统计及建筑节能管理具有重要的意义。 This paper introduces the theory and implementation on the itemizing energy consumption monitoring System in large public building, taking YIFU building in one university of Nanjing as an example. It mainly discusses the establishment of energy consumption model, the mode of data transmission, the way of model connect and so on. This system transfers data in the form of RS485 bus, and achieves the communications conversion between serial communication and network communication. So this way reaches the purpose of remote monitoring, and provides the demonstration platform for remote centralized monitoring in large public building. The system of itemizing energy consumption monitoring and management provides the data foundation for government policy decision, so it is significant for more effective implementation of building energy consumption statistics and energy-saving management.
