摘要
近年来为促进能源、环境和经济社会的协调、和谐和可持续发展,在建筑领域中不断推进建筑节能,全面实施重点节能工程。作为沿海城市,青岛市积极利用海水、污水中的低位可再生能源,将其应用到某现代高档小区的空调系统中,并以此为示范工程,以点带面地带动该类技术在周边地区乃至全国的推广使用,推动青岛市乃至全国建筑节能技术水平的整体发展。
IIn order to accelerating the harmony and sustainable development of energy, environment and economic society, building energy saving technologies are applied in many projects. As the heat source or sink, sea water and waste water are used in the air conditioning system of one project in Qingdao, which will promote this technology to ambient areas and the country.
