摘要
将热回收转轮应用于上海某高大车间空调,对排风量与新风量不相等条件下的热回收效率及节能效益进行了研究。分析了上海地区采用全热回收转轮的节能运行判定条件:新/排风相等时(新排风比=1),夏季新/排风焓差>10kJ/kg;当新风小于排风(本项目新/排风比为0.43)时,新/排风焓差>15kJ/kg;并通过经济性分析表明在设计工况下,转轮回收的能量折合制冷机和锅炉选型减少的费用足以抵消转轮设备增加的初投资费用。
Heat recovery wheel is applied in plant air-condition system in shanghai. Research the wheel' s heat-recovery efficiency and energy saving benefit when the fresh air volume passed the wheel is unequal to exhaust air volume. Analyze the condition that heat recovery wheel system can be turned on in such condition in shanghai: fresh air volume=exhaust air volume, enthalpy difference between fresh/exhaust air 〉10 kJ/kg; fresh air volume〈 exhaust air volume (fresh/exhaust's ratio=0.43), enthalpy difference 〉15kJ/kg. Through economic analysis, the result shows that energy saved by wheel system lead to decrease in investment of refrigerating machine and boiler counteracts increase in investment of wheel equipment in designed condition.
