大件运输货物绑扎张力安全监测系统设计

Design of Overweight/Oversize Cargo Lashing Tension Monitoring System

大件运输过程中重大件货物绑扎锁具的张力会随着运输环境状况而发生急剧的变化,这种张力剧变对于绑扎锁具会产生严重隐患、从而影响大件货物运输安全。设计一种大件运输货物绑扎张力安全监测系统来识别危险的张力变化并提供给工作人员从而提高重大件货物运输安全性。系统采用MOXA多串口卡实现多路张力传感器监控,稳定可靠。

In the Overweight/Oversize cargo transportation the lock binding tension with the transport environment will dramatically change,so it will have serious safety risks to Overweight/Oversize cargo.This paper designs the Oversize/Overweight cargo lashing tension monitoring system to grasp the tension can protect transportation security.It uses the MOXA Multiport Serial Card Serial to realize tension monitoring.
