介绍天业集团600t/d并流蓄热式石灰竖窑以西门子S7-400、Profibus总线为核心的控制系统的应用。介绍了控制系统的硬件结构、网络组成及特点、所采用的软件体系的特点、性能及其设计的全过程,阐述了并流蓄热式石灰竖窑的工艺特点以及对自动控制系统的要求。
This paper introduces Tianye Group 600t/d and the flow regenerative lime shaft kiln to Siemens S7-400,Profibus at the core of the control system,and describes the control system hardware structure,composition and characteristics of the network,using the software system characteristics,performance and design of the whole process,elaborates and flow regenerative lime shaft kiln process characteristics as well as automatic control systems.
