摘要 介绍的系统是据国家商检以及日本农林水产省的要求的HACCP温度关键测控点设计的,它是基于PLC不仅能够准确地对实现对蒸柜工作动态的全面控制,而且能够实现工序状态指示的新颖测控系统方案。其中测控系统由检测、控制和显示三大部分组成,并给出了PLC的程序流程图、设计梯形图及蒸柜实验温度分布表,通过实验说明该系统控制的蒸柜温度分布均匀。 This system is designed in according to Temperature's Critical Control Point to meet HACCP requirement-industry standard used by State Commodity Inspection Bureau and Japanese Ministry of Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries.It is a PLC based novel observation and control system scheme which can realize both accurate full control of steams cabinets' working dynamic and state indication of working procedure.The system consists of three parts:detection,control and display.PLC Program flow chart,designing ladder chart and distribution table of experimental steams cabinet temperature are given in this paper.Experiment results testify a uniform temperature distribution in steams cabinet.
