摘要
对５０ 套在人体内埋植５ ～８７ 个月后取出的长效避孕皮下埋植剂硅橡胶控释管进行了溶胀试验， 并对实验数据进行线性回 归分析。结 果表明： 硅橡 胶表观交联密度随体内埋 植时间的增加而下降。
The swelling test about 50 sets silicone rubber control releasing tubes coated with Levonorgest Silastic Capsules was made.The sets were implanted in human body from 5 to 87 months.The experimental data about change of apparent cross linking density of silicone rubber were evaluated.The result was showed that the cross linking density of silicone rubber was decreased slowly during the period of implantation.
