防水工程质量与低碳环保及节能减排

摘要 通过对某防水工程因质量问题而返修造成的资源、能源的浪费及增加的碳排放的分析计算,阐述了防水工程质量与低碳环保、节能减排的关系,指出应从改变防水工程低价中标的现状、施工总包方切实履行起防水工程质量保证责任主体的义务这两方面源头上保证防水工程质量,减少防水返修,为低碳环保和节能减排作出贡献。 The article describes the relationship between waterproofing quality and the low-carbon and energy conservation by analyzing resources and energy wasted and carbon emission increased caused by reworking due to poor quality in waterproofing.It points out changing current situation of winning bid at lowest price for waterproofing project and taking responsibility conscientiously by general contractors are fundamental to ensure waterproofing quality and reduce reworking,thereby make contribution to low-carbon and energy conservation.
