摘要
对电动汽车电动机、传动系的传动比和电池组容量等参数设计的原则和方法进行了研究,以某种型号电动汽车为研究对象,对其动力传动系的参数进行合理的选择和设计。建立了整车动力传动系统的仿真模型,应用电动汽车仿真软件ADVISOR对整车动力性进行了仿真计算。仿真结果表明,以铅酸电池为能源的电动汽车的加速性、爬坡能力、最大车速、续驶里程等动力性能均满足设计指标要求,设计的动力传动系的参数能够确保整车动力性能达到相应的技术要求。从而验证了文中的传动系统参数选择的正确性。
Researches the pricinple and method of parameter design for electric vemcte motor,transmisstoti ratio of transmission system and battery capacity,takes a certain model electric motor as research object,reasonable selection and design the parameter of its power transmission system.Establishes simulation model of vehicle power transmission system,using electric automotive simulation software ADVISOR to do simulation calculation for vehicle dynamic.The simulation result shows,the accerleration,grade ability,maximum speed,cruise range and dynamic performance of electric motor with the energy of lead acid cell can meet the requirement of design index,the design parameter of power transmission system can ensure the vehicle dynamic performance to achieve the conrresponding technique requirements,in order to verify the correction of parameter selection of transmission system.
