摘要
对用P204从含钪锰矿硫酸浸出液中萃取钪的行为进行了实验研究.结果表明,只用P204作萃取剂,钪的萃取率仅有79.73%;采用P204、TBP和Octanol-2三元萃取剂,则钪的萃取率可提高到96.82%~97.88%,而且萃取分相快,界面清晰,可消除三相的影响.
The extraction behavior of scandium with P204 from H2SO4 leaching solution of scandium - bearing manganese ore is studied. The results indicate that the extraction percentage of scandium is only 79. 73% using single extractant of P204 but enhanced to 96. 82% ~97. 88% using triad extractiont of P204, TBP and octonal -2. It has a fast phase splitting and a distinct phase interface without third phase formation to use the triad extractant.
