摘要
用氰乙酸乙酯和甲醛为原料合成了α氰基丙烯酸乙酯，考察了合成反应工艺条件对产率的影响。对α氰基丙烯酸乙酯的增韧和增稠改性研究工作做了初步的探索。结果表明，改性后的胶粘剂有较高的拉伸剪切强度和冲击剪切强度。
Ethyl α cyanoacrylate was synthesized from ethyl cyanoacetate and formaldehyde. The effect of various reaction conditions on yield was studied. The mechanical properties and viscosity of ethyl α cyanoacrylate were toughened and thickened by blending NBR、PMMA、MAS or silica. The impact strength and viscosity of the adhesive were significantly improved with certain storage stability.
