摘要
建立了一种测定血清样品中痕量硒的新方法。血清样品经微波消解,将 Se( V I)还原为 Se( I V),用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收分光光度法测定。在优化条件下,检测限 Se 的质量浓度为0.3 μg/ L。测定两种标准参考物质的结果符合标准值。该法已用于测定产妇、新生儿和成人血清中的硒。
A method was developed for the determination of trace selenium in serum by flow injection, hydride generation, atomic absorption spectrometry following microwave digestion of serum samples and reduction of Se(VI) to Se(IV). Serum (0.5 mL) was microwave digested with a mixture of 1.0 mL 65% HNO 3 and 0.5 mL 30% H 2O 2 for 25 min. Se(VI) in the digest was microwave reduced to Se(IV) with 6 mol/L HCl for 5 min. The detection limit of the method was 0.3 μg/L. The determination results of trace selenium in two standard reference materials conformed with the certified values. The method has been applied to determination of selenium concentrations in the sera of mothers, new borns, and blood donators.
