1.引言
茶一作为药品,食品,饮品,已经贯穿了中国文明史几千年,并且作为“开门七件事”之一,在中国人民的日常生活中占据了十分重要的地位。在这漫长的历史时期里,茶,也作为一种媒介,使中国与近邻日本,进行着绵延不绝的交流。中国茶文化在每个朝代的发展,
China is the country of tea origin, has a long history of tea planting and tea drinking. As a close neighbor country, Japan has a very long historical connection with China in terms of the tea culture. Method of Chinese tea drinking began to spread to Japan since Tang Dynasty. Through the study and absorption in Song and Yuan Dynasties, Japan's own tea culture, i.e. sado, was formed finally in Ming Dynasty. Thanks to the introduction of KungFu tea, there has been fur- ther development of sado. In modem times, with the rise of economic strength in Japan, Japanese tea culture spread back to China. At present, the exchange of Chinese and Japanese tea culture has stepped into a newly mutual communication stage. From the perspective of historical geography, this paper studied the tea culture exchange between the two countries and tried to explore the driving forces, taking Chinese dynasties as the time cue. Through the analysis the influence of national strength, personnel association and national policy on the diffusion of tea culture, the ways to promote the tea cuhural ex- change between the two countries further were discussed
