摘要
采用非稳态传热集总参数法,通过对传热微分方程的分析,得出热真空环模设备热沉的降温与时间成指数曲线变化,通过辐射换热计算,给出了热沉温度稳定时,试验样品温度变化规律和降温时间函数,还具体分析了影响试验样品温度的内在规律,在此基础上,对试验设备温度指标的合理性提出了建议。
Using the lumped parameter method based on unsteady-state heat transfer,this paper established that the temperature drop of heat sink in thermal vacuum environment simulator system was exponentially dependent on the time though the analysis of the heat transfer differential equation.And also gives the function of the principle of temperature of test sample and the time of temperature drop though the calculations of radiation heat transfer when heat sink temperatures stable.This paper also analyzed the internal law of the temperature of test equipment and gives some suggestions on temperature range of test equipment.
