摘要
以实际脱硫装置的运行数据为基础, 根据H_2S, CO_2 在N-甲基二乙醇胺 (MDEA) 水溶液中的反应机理和反应速率方程, 建立了描述该脱硫系统的数学模型, 经模拟计算, 得到了现装置的实际处理能力, 确定限制装置生产能力的瓶颈为吸收塔, 提出了现有装置的操作方案,
Reaction mechanism and reaction tate equation are given for selectively absorbing H 2S with MDEA,and a mathematical model is developed by computer technique on the basis of differential equations,The actual handing capacity for operating system is obtained,and a conclusion can be drawn that the absorption tower is a bottleneck and simulation results an operationl optimization is developed.
