海口市城市住宅区土地承载功能居民满意度测评

Assessing the Residents' Satisfaction Degree on the Carrying Capacity of Urban Residential Land in Haikou City

研究目的:对海口市城市住宅区土地承载功能的居民满意度进行测算并对测算结果进行分析和评价。研究方法:模糊综合评价法。研究结果:海口市居民对住宅区土地承载的生态功能、公共服务功能、居住与安全功能的总体满意度一般;对社会交往功能、节能环保功能非常不满意。研究结论:研究结果反映了海口市住宅区土地利用中功能配置与功能设施投入上存在的问题;表明了住宅区用地结构与居民生活方式存在的冲突,并为城市住宅区土地承载功能的完善以及海南省模范住宅小区的设计与建设提供了参考。

The purposes of this study are to assess and analyze the residents＇ satisfaction degree on land carrying capacity function of urban residential land in Haikou City. Method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was employed. The results indicated that the residents of Haikou City were moderately satisfied with the functions of their residential land in terms of ecology, public service, habitation and public security; furthermore they were unsatisfied with the functions of social communication, energy saving and environment protection. The paper concludes that the results of the assessment reflected （ 1 ） the problems of the different function arrangement and the infrastructures investment in the residential land in Haikou City; （2） the conflicts between land use structure of residential areas and the life styles of the residents. And the paper further provides references for the improvement of the carrying capacity function in urban residential area and for the design and constructing of the exemplar residential districts in Hainan Province.
