天铁集团运输部由于调度作业是手工作业,效率低,差错率高,在企业扩大生产过程中遇到了调度组织的困难。根据自己的实际情况,利用计算机和信息化手段,设计了铁路运输调度指挥系统,实时动态掌握现场作业,改变作业及管理方式,显著提高了作业效率,满足了生产要求。

The transportation department of Tiantie Group encountered dispatching and organizing difficulties during enterprise production expansion process due to manual operated, low efficient and high error-rate dispatch. As per the practical situation, with computer and informatization approaches, the author designed the dispatching and commanding system for railway transportation to dynamically control site operation on real time base, and changed operating and managing method. The operation efficiency was remarkably improved and production requirement met.
