再论“顺德经验”:基于能值的农业价值解析

On "Shunde experience":Based on EmergyAnalysis of Agriculture Value

运用能值理论推导基于能值投资率、能值交换率以及货币能值比率的三维度农业价值解析模型,借助该模型重新分析了"顺德经验"。研究表明该模型三个维度分别映射农业技术进步支撑的真实财富生产水平、市场化对农业的不公平交易水平、市场化创新的制度红利水平,模型综合反映农业的环境生产和社会生产创造财富的水平。对顺德农业的分析显示:1978—2000年顺德农业价值空间扩展23倍;农业技术投入水平增长3倍,使农业真实财富生产水平增长2.3倍;市场化剥夺了农业65%的真实财富,农业的真实财富水平仅增长14%。最终,我国市场化对能值的货币化定价增长21倍,成就了顺德农业"有发展的增长"。

According to emergy theory the three-dimensional value analytical model of agriculture is derived from emergy investment ratio,emergy exchange ratio and money/emergy ratio.＂Shunde experience＂ has been re-discussed by this model.Study shows that the three dimensions of the model respectively mapped the production level of real wealth supported by technological advances in agriculture,the level of unfair trading to agriculture caused by marketing and the level of institution bonus made by the market-oriented innovation.This model comprehensivly reflects the level of wealth creation by environmental and social production in agriculture.Analysis on Shunde agriculture shows that the value space of Shunde agriculture expanded 23 times from 1978 to 2000;the level of technical input in agriculture increased 3 times,which made the level of agricultural production in real wealth increase 2.3 times;but marketing deprived 65% of the real wealth of agriculture,as the result,the level of real wealth in agriculture increased by only 14%.In the end,marketing made the price of the emergy＇s monetization increase by 21 times,which accounted for the Shunde agriculture＇s＂development of growth＂
