摘要 硫化工艺由于自动化程度高,系统具有大惯性和大滞后性等特点,使其温度控制容易产生波动,控制精度难以保证,故高性能硫化控制系统的设计变得越来越迫切。针对硫化罐温度进行模糊PID(比例-积分-微分)控制研究,并利用MATLAB(矩阵实验室)的强有力工具对系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明,硫化罐温度控制器采用模糊PID控制器后不仅能使系统超调量小、响应时间缩短,而且增强了鲁棒性和自适应能力,提高了控制器的控制精度。 The technology of vulcanization is highly automatic.The characteristic of this system is that it has big inertia and lag.These characters make the temperature change easily.It is hard to insure the accuracy of control.So it is imperious to design a good performance control system for vulcanization.The paper describes a study of fuzzy PID control to the temperature of the vulcanization jug,using the helpful software,MATLAB to simulate the system.Simulation results show that not only the system has little overshoot,and shorten response time,but also can achieve better robustness and adaptive ability when fuzzy PID controller is adopted,and greatly improve the control accuracy of the controller.
