穿龙骨刺胶囊质量标准研究

Study on the quality standard for Chuanlong Guci Capsules

目的建立穿龙骨刺胶囊的质量标准控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对本品中的穿山龙、枸杞子、淫羊藿进行薄层鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对本品中的淫羊藿苷进行含量测定。结果在薄层色谱图中可检出穿山龙、枸杞子、淫羊藿;淫羊藿苷在进样量0.2236-4.472μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.79%（RSD=1.49%）。结论所建立的方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可有效控制穿龙骨刺胶囊的质量。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Chuanlong Guci Capusles.Methods The Dioscorea nipponica,Barbary wolfberry fruit,Epimedium were identified by TLC;The content of icariin was dentermined by HPLC.Results The spots of TLC were quite clear,the linear range of icariin was 0.223 6 μg～4.472 μg（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 100.79% with RSD 1.49%.Conclusion The method was reliable,specific,accurate,and can effectively control the quality of Chuanlong Guci Capusles.
