腹膜后局限型Castleman病2例报告及文献复习

A report of two cases of reroperitoneal local Castleman disease and analysis of the literature

目的提高对腹膜后局限型Castleman病的认识和诊治水平。方法回顾性分析2例Castleman病患者的诊治过程并进行文献复习。结果 2例患者术前均未明确诊断,成功行手术切除,术后病理证实为Castleman病,在临床分类上均属于局限型。术后随访6-12个月,未见肿瘤复发。结论 Castleman病临床表现无特异性,可发生于淋巴组织的任何部位,术前CT检查对诊断该病有一定帮助,确诊有赖于病理学检查,手术切除为首选治疗方法 ,综合治疗可获得较佳疗效。

Objective To improve the abiliteies of abilities of awareness and diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal local Castleman disease.MethodsRetrospectively analyze the diagnosis and treatment information and clinical features of 2 retroperitoneal local Castleman disease patients from 2008 to 2009 in Luwan Banch of Ruijing Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and review related literatures simultaneously.ResultsNo definite diagnosis was made for both 2 patients before operation,surgical resection of tumors were both successful.Pathological diagnosis were Castleman disease,both in the clinical classification were localized.We followed up for 6 to 12 months,no tumor recurrence.ConclusionsNo specific clinical manifestations of Castleman disease,could occur in any part of the lymphatic tissue,preoperative CT examination in the diagnosis of the disease have some help,diagnosis depended on pathological examination,surgical excision is the preferred treatment,get better effect of combined therapy.
