摘要
选择合理有效的项目评估方法,是做好基于可靠性的配电网规划的保障。简单叙述了项目评估的基本过程,分析了配电网规划项目的评价和审批过程中主要使用的传统最小费用评估法、收益/成本(B/C)评估法、收益增量/成本增量(iB/C)评估法和利润驱动评估法4种规划评估方法及其特点,通过实例对最小费用法、B/C法和iB/C法的应用结果进行了比较。
To select a proper and effective method to assess the project is guarantee to make a good distribution planning based on reliability.The project assessing is briefly presented.Four planning assessing methods and their features primarily used in the assessing and authorizing process of distribution planning project minimun cost,benefit/cost,increased benefit/cost and profit driving are analyzed.Though application example,the application results of the first three methods are compared.
