摘要
随着电力市场的发展,使对供电企业客户信用度的评价显得日趋重要。分析了电力客户信用度模糊综合评价的意义,提出了一种基于模糊数学的电力客户信用度综合评价模型,设计了完整的指标体系和评价方案,并建立了针对不同信用度等级的客户的营销策略,以期为供电企业提供客户管理的决策依据。
With the development of the electric market,the evaluation of the customer credit of power supply enterprises becomes important gradually.The importance of the synthetic fuzzy evaluation on electric customers credit is analyzed,a synthetic evaluation model on electric customer credit based on fuzzy mathematics is pre-sented,complete index system and evaluation method are developped,sales strategy to the customers with different credit level are built up to provide data for power supply enterprises to make decision on customer management.
