2000-2010年增城市医疗机构法定传染病漏报调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on missing reports of legal infectious diseases in medical institutions of Zengcheng city from 2000 to 2010

目的了解增城市辖内医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告情况,为提高和规范疫情报告管理水平提供参考。方法对2000-2010年增城市医疗机构法定传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2000-2010年增城市医疗机构法定传染病平均漏报率为4.76%;漏报率最高的传染病分别为血吸虫病和急性出血性结膜炎(均为50.00%),其次是风疹(16.67%);不同年份传染病漏报率呈阶梯式逐步下降趋势并保持较低水平;不同级别的医疗机构漏报率为:县级3.16%、镇级4.18%、社会医疗机构11.06%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=6.33,P<0.05);传染病报告及时率92.58%,不同级别医疗机构及时率差异无统计学意义(2χ=0.01,P>0.05)。结论加强医务人员的传染病知识培训,提高其对传染病报告工作重要性的认识,同时医院高度重视传染病报告管理工作、疫情报告管理人员专职专用,切实开展医院自查制度,才能减少、杜绝传染病漏报现象。

Objective To understand the reporting situation of legal infectious diseases in medical institutions of Zengcheng city,and provide references for improving and standardizing the management.Method The epidemic data of legal infectious diseases in medical institutions from 2000 to 2010 was statistical analysis.Results The average missing reports rate of legal infectious diseases was 4.76%,the disease with highest missing report rate were schistosomiasis and acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis（both were 50.0%）,followed by rubella（16.67%）.During 2000 to 2010,the missing report rate decreased gradually by years and remained at a lower level eventually in Zengcheng.Missing reports rate of different levels medical institutions were different,which was 3.16% for city,4.18% for town and 11.06% for small social medical centres,and had statistical significance（χ2=6.33,P0.05）.Timely reporting rate of infectious diseases was 92.58%;and different level medical institutions were not statistically significant（χ2=0.01,P0.05）.Conclusions In order to reduce or eliminate missing reports of infectious diseases,we should enhance the infectious training to medical staff,strengthen the awareness of reporting work.Simultaneously,hospitals should pay close attention to management work,ensure the reporting staff full time available,and undertake internal auditing on infectious diseases reporting.
