摘要
目的:了解我院抗感染药物的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法:对我院2007至2009年抗感染药物的用药品种、用药量、用药金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果:我院抗感染药物共12类,头孢菌素、大环内酯、青霉素类的药物用药总金额占各年抗感染药物总金额的84%左右。结论:我院疗效确切、价格低廉的抗感染药物在使用中占主导地位,抗感染药物的使用基本合理。
Objective：To analyze the current situation and the trend of development of the ant-ibiotics used in our hospital for references of clinical rational drug use.Methods：The use of antibiotics in our hospital during the period 2007-2009 was statistically analyed in terms of drug varieties,consumption and DDDs.Results：Among the total of 12 antibiotics drugs,cephalosporins,macrolides,penicillins accounted 84% in the total amount during the three years,widely used.Conclusion：The curative effect and inexpensive drugs are dominant in use in our hospital,the utilization of antibiotics in our hospital was basically reasonable.
