摘要
分析当前IT服务外包人才培养存在的问题,探讨一系列改革方案,结合社会需求,提出以应用性人才培养为基础的课程改革、校企合作、国际交流等培养模式,为高素质的IT服务外包人才培养提供参考。
To promote sustainable development of China＇s service outsourcing industry,and after analysis of the current IT service outsourcing talent training problems,this paper investigates a series of reforms.Combination of social needs,we propose to apply the Talent-based curriculum reform,school-enterprise cooperation,international exchange and so on.It provides a reference for the high quality of IT service outsourcing talent training.
