摘要
为了实现集控中心下属电站的"无人值班"(少人值守)目标,通信方式的实时性和可靠性至关重要。通过整理水电厂集控中心的概念和作用,介绍了IEC 60870-5-104协议(以下简称"104协议")的典型特点和通信过程。结合水电厂监控系统在现场的应用,着重讨论了用于松林河集控中心的104协议通信模式和方案,对其应用过程中存在的问题和难点进行分析总结,并对其在未来智能化水电厂中的应用进行了展望。
In order to implement the goal of unmanned hydropower plant under the concentrated control center(CCC),the real-time and reliable communication mode is extremely important.The concept and functions of hydropower plants CCC are summarized in this paper,and the typical character and communication application of IEC 60870-5-104 protocol are introduced also.Based on the local application of NARI hydropower plants computer monitoring and control system,communication mode and scheme specified in IEC 60870-5-104 is discussed.Some problems and difficulties in practical application are analyzed and their solutions finally are given.Presently,this communication method has been widely used and achieved good results.
